Regular Cancellation Policy Deposit of one night's room charge required when booking . The balance is due upon arrival and will be charged on that day, on the same credit card used for the advance payment, unless other arrangements are made. If a reservation is canceled 14 days or more in advance, we will refund the advance payment. If canceled closer than 14 days, we will refund only if we can re-book the room. Some weekends and holidays require a two night stay. Holiday Cancellation Policy For Holiday reservations on the Christmas through New Years period, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend and the Presidents Birthday holiday, full payment is required with no refund upon cancellation guaranteed. Upon cancellation of reservations, refunds will be made ONLY upon re-booking the room for the full stay. |
